See here’s my problem I don’t want a plasma even though technically speaking it’s a better fit for me(I’m a movie buff). I prefer an LCD, unfortunately for me CNET’s review only includes 1 LCD in the top 5. But my original choice was Sharp Aquos(the 1080p or 1080i models).
simply because it seemed like the perfect HDTV overall, it also included this QAM tuner which had me sold instantly.

But then there was the Samsung LN52A650 that CNET recommended, and I thought what if I make the wrong decision.

When it comes down to it there is really one thing that is most important to me than price, image quality, even performance. That is can I use either of the two TV’s I mentioned as a computer monitor?. And would I any kind of upgrades or special cables. Or could I just use the monitor cable that originally comes with the computer?.

I have a one year old 26″ Sharp aquos tv. I am receiving no video but I am receiving audio. Does anyone have any suggestions to solve this problem? Thank you.

i recently bought a sharp aquos 46″ lcd tv, 1080p and when i watch HD channels the quality is great, but when i watch dvds the quality is nothing short of bad! i don’t know why the picture quality is so bad on the dvds, and i don’t know how to fix this, what do you think i should do and why is this happening?

i let the tv tune the channels, but when i watch cable it says it is analog not digital on my tv, what am I doing wrong, or must I subscribe to hd cable service. thank you kindly for all answers.

i just bought a sharp aquos lc-46d64u lcd hdtv and i noticed that that default settings are just that:deafault. can anybody help me calibrate it to the apprpiorate settings. I recieve digital signals and watch digital tv most of the time but around 35% of the time i play ps3 with a hdmi cable.

so can anybody help me?
