Open Question: Blu Ray firmware upgrade?

I have a Sharp Aquos Blu-Ray dvd player.
Model # BD-HP20U
How do I get the firmware updates or upgrades? A website?

Do I connect the Blu-Ray player to my computer via USB plug or something and directly download from online?
Or maybe they send you a little thumb drive to plug into it?

I’ve never had to do anything like this before, so I don’t want to mess anything up.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I know, dumb question, but I’m not a tech person at all… I just bought a 26″ Sharp Aquos TV that supports 720p , but I don’t know how to get the actual HD signal.
