Open Question: new lcd tv aerial ports (digital and analogue) help please?
Friday, April 4th, 2008i just bought a new lcd tv with built in digital tuner but for some reason i can only get analogue channels. i plugged my aerial cord into the analogue port (there are two one analogue and one digital) and it works fine but if i take it out and plug it into the digital port then analogue doesnt work at all but digital does.
why can i only get one at a time?
do i need two aerials or two aerial cords? mabye i need to split my aerial so it will plug into both ports.
it just seems awfully confusing for a tv.
my old tv only had analogue so we nevevr had this problem. we had a digital set top box but i am assuming we wont need it anymore because the tv hd one built in is that correct?
the tv is a SHARP 32″ Aquos LCD TV with HD Digital Tuner. LC32PD5X.
please help
